FAQ
What is the procedure required if I want to change my supplier?
The procedure for changing supplier is very simple. The requirements have as follows:
A. Application & Agreement for the supply of Electric Energy
B. Photocopy of a last bill (meter settlement) from the previous supplier
C. statutory documents on the company, if necessary
Is there an additional charge or any possible activation fee for changing supplier?
There is no other charge or activation cost for changing supplier, given that you have selected our company for supplying your electric energy.
What are the basic commitments that HERON undertakes towards the consumer?
- HERON is obliged to supply the consumer with electricity, throughout the entire period of the agreement signed between HERON and consumer. HERON commits to charge the consumer with a price exclusively for the energy that the consumer consumes at his facilities. HERON commits that its supply price will be continuously and regularly competitive, in relation to the respective charges of the regulated tariffs, throughout the period of the supply agreement with the consumer.
- HERON commits to act at all times towards the direction of maintaining the best possible quality of services provided to its consumers.
Is there a chance that the supply of electricity at my facilities may be disrupted during the change of the supplier?
There is no such possibility. The customer leaves his current electric energy supplier but is not disconnected from the Transmission System or the Distribution Network. The supplier is liable towards the relevant System and / or Network Operator as regards to the total cost that relates to the transfer and distribution of the electric energy.
What bills will I receive, what will my benefit be and how can I check the bills?
The supplier will send an invoice where electric energy charges will be listed explicitly as well as the charges for use of the use of System and / or Distribution Network, as is currently the case for invoices issued by nearly all suppliers. The new reduced cost of electricity is related to the lower prices charged for the electric energy you consume.
PPC will continue to send its bill for ERT (Greek State Television) and Municipal charges.
The supplier is informed on a monthly basis for your hourly and / or total consumption, by the corresponding Transmission System or Distribution Network Operator.
The total official recorded data may be sent to consumers who are interested, following a relevant request and arrangement with the supplier.
