Following the liberalization of the electricity market, household consumers can benefit from more competitive prices and all-around services.
Given this development, HERON offers two integrated electricity supply packages:
- The Home 1 Plan (HERON C1 Tariffs / Household use)
- The Home 1N Plan (HERON C1N Tariffs / Household use)
The home plans were designed based on the following principles:
- Competitive prices for consumers
- Personal service to each customer separately
- Ensuring long-standing cooperation
The HERON Home Plans offer additional privileges and benefits for all consumers. More specifically:
- Reward for timely payment of bills: Additional discount of 1% on the competitive section of the HERON’s official commercial tariffs, for customers who have chosen to pay their bills by standing bank order.
- Reward for good and long-standing cooperation: Reimbursement of 25% of the total deposit upon completion of one (1) full year of cooperation, provided no outstanding payments exist.
- Commitment for no change of tariffs: At least until the end of 2014.
