HERON, the number one supplier and producer of energy, brings electromobility to Thessaloniki’s everyday life with HERON e-bikes. These are 20 new, electrically-powered bicycles that introduce a new smart way of public transportation through the city. HERON e-bikes can be unlocked and secured after use through a mobile app and in exchange for a small fee, allowing citizens and visitors of Thessaloniki to move around the city in an eco-friendly way that avoids downtown traffic jams. The 20 HERON e-bikes can be found in front of the building entrance of the Young Men’s Christian Association of Thessaloniki.
