HERON, for the best service of its customers, announces that HERON stores will remain open only for bill payments, Monday – Saturday | 09:00 to 15:00, from Monday 06/04 on, until further notice.

HERON, for the best service of its customers, announces that HERON stores will remain open only for bill payments, Monday – Saturday | 09:00 to 15:00, from Monday 06/04 on, until further notice.

Customer service can be effectuated through all means, tools and resources found here.

Customers can receive their bills online by registering in the e-bill service and pay them online through myHERON platform or via e-banking.

Any new customers who are interested in making an application for supply are able to complete the registration process online through the e-contract.

You will be informed via new announcement for any developments regarding the operation of HERON stores.

We ask for your patience and understanding for this disruption, but our primary concern is your protection, the protection of your families and all vulnerable groups in general.
