The 55% of the free monthly Natural Gas consumption, including the additional 5% free monthly consumption for customers who have remained in the program for more than 9 months, applies exclusively to Competitive Charges (Supply Charge section) and is equivalent to an equal discount on the initial Natural Gas supply rate.
