If you are a HERON subscriber and plan to move to another home, this section takes you through all the steps of the procedure. If you are moving to a home with an existing natural gas supply connection and thinking about subscribing to HERON, this section gives you all the necessary information about the process. If you are moving to a home without a natural gas supply connection and thinking about subscribing to HERON, this section will take you through the necessary steps.
Contact HERON’s customer care department no later than 5 working days before you move into your new home.
Inform our representatives that you are planning to move to another home and whether your new home has a natural gas supply connection.
The customer care department will email you the necessary documents (application for termination of supply of natural gas) in order to terminate the supply of natural gas to the property you are leaving from and stop issuing bills in your name.
Fill out the abovementioned document and send it to the customer care department.
If your new home is equipped with an active natural gas supply connection, our sales department will contact you within 24 hours to sign a new application with the details of the property into which you will be moving, along with all other necessary documents.
After you sign this application, send it to the sales department – the process will then be complete.

If you are moving to a home without an electricity supply connection and thinking about subscribing to HERON, this section will take you through the necessary steps.

Fill out the abovementioned document and send it to the customer care department.
The sales department will contact you within 24 hours to sign a new application with the details of the property into which you will be moving (you will need to have a property rental certificate).
After you sign this application, send it to the sales department – the process will then be complete.
